Dinners:
pork chops with cranberries, swiss chard and port, brown rice
antipasta, focaccia
pumpkin goat cheese and cilantro quesadillas
lasagna
salmon with lentils and mustard herb butter
roasted brussel sprouts with prosciutto and balsamic glaze, roast pumpkin and pears, brown rice
ham and swiss cheese frittata

Make:
cranberry pear ginger preserves
pear applesauce
