Florida House - The Master Suite

Master Bedroom Before
The Master Suite begins with a long hallway with the master bath on the left and two huge closets on the right.

I like the calm of simple bedrooms and kept that in mind in decorating the master suite of the Florida house.  Bedroom furniture and lamps are from the Paula Deen line via craigslist.  Pale aqua bedspread is from TJMaxx and I think the velvet shams were Pottery Barn via Goodwill.  The curtains on the sliding doors are IKEA tabbed panels and the window curtains I made from muslin.
The living room, Guest Bedroom and Master Bedroom form a U around the pool area, with all three opening onto the lanai (an outside covered area with skylights and ceiling fan) and pool.
I found three fabulous signed watercolors of shells ($2ea via Goodwill) and looked up the artist's name and found they are by a deceased Texas artist originally trained in the London School of Art in the earlier part of the 20th century.  I wish I had taken a close up for to share!

So...if you had this place in a shower with fake flowers and rocks, how would you reform it?
