Over here in the white March of upstate New York, we've decided to host an artist trading card swap with the theme of Spring! We want you to join in too!
Here's how it works.
Buy some 2.5"x3.5" artist trading cards (they are inexpensive - we found ours at Hobby Lobby with a 40% coupon) or make your own out of heavy cardstock or watercolor paper.
Let the kids have at it with their imaginations and "SPRING" as the theme. Mamas join in too! There is no age limit. Use watercolors, markers, crayons, pastels - whatever your favorite medium is! Title and sign your art on the back of the card. Please submit (3) cards per artist.
Email me at hannahhagarty at yahoo dot com with artist card swap in the subject line, if you're participating and I'll forward you an address to mail your cards to. After I've received all the cards, you'll receive cards in the mail from other artists! This is a great way for your artists to show off their work and get mail in the post. My kids LOVE getting mail.
