Weekly Menu

Sunday am - coffee cakes, chocolate milk and coffee
lunch - quesadillas
dinner - potroast with wax and green beans

First Day of Homeschool Lessons!
Monday am - oat groats with cinnamon, raisins and brown sugar
lunch - BBQ chicken pizza, cucumber salad
dinner - beef and black bean tacos

Tuesday am - banana breakfast cookies, orange slices
lunch- fruit salad, cheese slices, crackers
dinner- mini meatloaves, roasted potatoes and carrots

Wednesday am - scrambled eggs w swiss chard, homemade sausage
lunch -  yogurt with jam, crackers, raisins
dinner - corn on the cob, meatloaf sandwiches on paleo bread

Thursday am - cereal
lunch - skinny poolside dip with carrot, pepper and celery sticks
dinner - Emily's salmon, brown rice w/ nori, fruit ambrosia

Friday am - scones, leftover ambrosia
lunch - yogurt w/ granola
dinner - beef stroganoff, corn and tomato salad

Saturday am - fried dough, fruit salad
lunch - German sausage and homemade red kraut
dinner - crab ragoon dip w/ nachos

Grocery List:
Greek yogurt from Compassion
carrot sticks
taco shells
corn from the road stand
gf pasta
egg noodles

I am always amazed at your menus.. and with all the kiddos you have.. I only have 2 and i could never get them to eat the meals you have listed.. I wish I could.. they sound good to me.

Yum! Can you post the recipe for bananna breakfast cookies? I have to say you are always such an inspiration to me. We have recently been praying about whether or not I should go back to work for a season and your thrifting and meal planning posts encourage me so much as a homemaker. They remind me that a wife at home can make a lot of money by simply being a good steward of my husbands money. Thank you!!
