Hiked a previously unexplored part of our land in the Adirondaks last week. Could I stand the remote-ness and month of bugs thick as pudding or extra month of winter, I'd live here in a second. All of it is stunning in beauty.
LOVE the pictures. My hubby grew up in New England (NH). beautiful!I don't like the bugs...:) Mostly cuz they do LOVE me. People say you need to be native to not get bit so much. Must be true cuz I look like I have chicken pox if I go there in the spring/summer. BTW speaking of chicken pox,. how did you manage to have your kids get them? My youngest isn't immunized and since everyone gets the 'chicken pox shot' now she isn't being exposed to it. I would like her to now rather than later. ~ Missy,a long time follower
