I think this vintage dress might be called a mumu. It has huge kimono style sleeves and is just plain fabulous, in my opinion. Spring and summer always bring out my inner hippie and this dress fits the bill. I found it at a thrift shop years ago. My goldenrod colored leather sling back mary janes are so soft and were ridiculously expensive but only cost me $20 or so through a groupon deal, and... since I crushed part of my big toe last week moving some cast iron radiators, they are the only comfortable pair to wear yet. :)

They are Mummu's because that is Grandma in Finn. As in"Grandma's dress." Not to say you look old or anything...looks very pretty on you and I love how you did your hair.
Love the pics with the chicken under your arm!
Very cute dress, but how do you work nursing? So many of my dresses spend most of their time in a storage bin, since pregnancy and nursing (and *ahem* fitting back into them) is more of life than not... A blessing of a "problem" to have, but I'm still wondering if other women have figured out how to wear regular dresses while nursing when I've just given that up... until...
Spectacular!
And the dress is very lovely as well. ;)
