Anonymous, it is a genuine for real mushroom! This is the largest one we've found around here. They are actually tastier if you catch them smaller. You wouldn't think something alrge and white would be difficult to spot but they do manage to hide somehow until they are HUGE! The rustic bread recipe is in a previous post, I'll hunt for it. Alison, it tastes like a mushroom, so if you like mushrooms, then they are tasty.
