lunch - rice cakes with cheese, apple slices
dinner - potato and farmer sausage casserole
Wednesday am -pumpkin muffins
lunch - fried rice, canned pears
dinner - meat perisky
Thursday am -dry cereal, cantaloupe
lunch - pb & jelly
dinner - simple sesame noodles, canned green beans

I simply adore your menus....maybe because they are actually meals I can see myself making. We've hit a slump for meals....and when we get back from our trip to Israel (in five days) I will have to get some new recipes to try!
