Hey, Little Man. Watcha doing? Stirring dinner on the stove, I noticed Chase had become very quiet and looked over to see what he had found to interest himself.

That is too cute! My little girl looks to be the about the same age and I caught her doing that with some pears after coming home from the store.
i love the intensity on that little face. once on the way home from an apple picking expedition i noticed that same absolute silence coming from the back seat. the boxes of apples had been placed on the seat next to my toddler daughter, and she was methodically going through the box, picking up each apple and taste testing it. she beamed at me with delight when i caught her eyes in the rear view mirror... and when i got home, i found that each and every apple had a teensy-tiny bite.
So adorable! He looks very pleased with himself. And, just to let you know, the lovely song that starts up when I click onto you blog is playing in ultra-slow speed -- dear Kathryn sounds more like a man.
Leigh, I'm sure he'd love some pears too! Persuaded, I love your story! Thanks, Mama Hen, it has been a great weekend. Very peaceful and healthful! Kina, apples are one of my favorites too. So versatile. Thanks, everyone for stopping by. Sue, is your connection speed low? I've checked the player and it seems to be working alright this end of things. Ah, at least there is a mute button if it keeps it up, right?
Hi Hannah! Love the picks of Chase and his fun activity with the apples. I was looking for your potato latke recipe and wondered if you could post your recipe on the recipe pages you have or send me the date so I can find it.
