An afternoon at the cabin






Its a heat wave in upstate NY.
Thank goodness for swimming holes.

Ah yes....
I live in upstate NY....the western part...and the heat was oppressive today!
But then...it IS July...summer and all that.
One good thing about today--the clothes on the clothesline were dry in no time!

Certainly hope that heatwave in upstate NY goes away by next week. :-) I'm finally going back home (Pulaski) after five years -- it's about time. My boys are so excited about our trip - maybe it's the hotels we'll be at. LOL I've been subscribed to your blog for a while and always thought you might be from NY. There is something about the green grass, the hills and the blue skies in NY compare to down South.

Dawn, I love how quickly the clothes dry on the line too.
Carrie, I thought it was sweet to see Sean with Chase too. I was busy helping a certain three year old get un-terrified of the water...
Chelelew, the humidity broke here and now we're enjoying normal summer warmth!
