A whole pieced duck into the crockpot with a bit of soy sauce, a splash of white wine,
a dash of oyster sauce, a cup of broth
and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cook overnight on low.

Cooked rice with a well in the center.

Spoon out the cooked duck, reserving the liquid. Place in center of rice.

In a saucepan, bring reserved duck liquid to a boil,
adding in a mixture of cold water
and a tablespoon of corn starch.
Cook until thickened.

This stuff is as lovely as it's description.
Two pounds ground buffalo, one egg, a cup of BBQ sauce.
Mix together and then... very important... slice your favorite cheese
(we used blue cheese) and shape each burger around the cheese
so that the cheese is in the center of each burger.

Douglas made the iced tea.
What do duck and buffalo have in common?
They both taste great!
