Cook 2 cups frozen corn in your skillet until browned.
Make sure to scrape out all those good brown bits.
Slice three avocados through the center.
Open and remove pit.
Score and scoop out.
Add two chopped green onions, a tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tbsp. of olive oil.
One hot pickled pepper.
A dash of ground black pepper.
A sprinkling of salt.
A palm full of cilantro, chopped.
Stir all together and serrve with lime tortilla chips.
